“The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

“Hopefully this review allows others to make informed devisions. Pros- clean, staff friendly, adequate amenities. Cons- highly over priced for a hotel that is incomplete, meal prices are ridiculous. I am talking about GY $ 4000 for a cup of dhall and a cup of rice ( no protein). If you wish a protein option for example 4 small pieces of fishcalkes cost you am additional $3998 to be exact. “My stay overall was decent. Just a few issues. The hot water is never hot, always luke warm or cool. Bar prices are very high! Average cost of a beer is $300(gyd) most places however it’s almost $1200 here. Not trying to sound cheap but that’s insane. Hence I rarely saw people at the bar. Food was good and somewhat affordable for the atmosphere. “I stayed here for a 3 day business trip. Proximity to my meetings was key for me. Price point was good, rooms are compact, clean and comfortable. Restaurant is on site. The breakfast is limited, didn’t get to try lunch and the dinner had good options.”

“1. The staff are above exceptional. The air-conditioning works incredibly well and a cleaning staff did an amazing job however, though I would recommend the gym to be extended and more equipment added.”

“Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. ”

“Our stay was perfect and served our needs well! We felt safe during the day but would suggest a taxi at night. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool and daily breakfast were a hit! The unit was very comfortable and came with a gallon of water! We thought there was an issue with the toilet but the property manager came over quickly & taught us how to use it. I wish there was a TV in the bedroom but we made do. Host was very responsive! I would definitely stay again.”
