“Everything was great. However u did find two roaches in my room. One dead. One alive. Gym is busy in the afternoon. Go early. Lots of variety at breakfast. I eat very clean so I couldn’t have most of it, but there is alot of choice. All staff are awesome. The cleaners are very accommodating. The desk staff also great. ”

“My husband and i spent our anniversary weekend at this amazing hotel. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with a large closet, mini fridge, ironing board and 50" television. The bathroom was spacious with hot and cold water. The AC unit was so powerful we had to turn it off and the room kept cold for hours. Thank heavens there was a comforter. 😆 Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Dinner was great and the bartenders knew what they were doing. The only problem was that guests probably...

“Breakfast was ok, could have some more varieties in food, juices/hot brewages as there was only 2 types of teas and coffee. Not black tea just 2 herbal teas. Pool is excellent! Changing areas not in service as the hotel is fairly new so many things are still not up and running yet. Staff is very nice but needs a lot of training in being hands on as mentioned hotel is new so there are still in training...very friendly staff though. Always willing and helpful to go the extra mile.”

“Everything was ok except breakfast. My friend ordered pepperpot and she got a bowl full of fat and no meat. When i mentioned it, I felt we were totally ignored. She never came back with somwthing else or a response. ”

“Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. ”

“I had stay for 7 days if you try to have someone over there it problem the shower head was broken an old the AC works sometime they where someday i had to used the fan”
