Hotel vicino a Golden Lane Art and Antique Gallery - New Oxford

“If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

“Among the best Hampton Inns! The property was in perfect condition, but most notably has an absolutely fantastic staff! Friendly, helpful and kind to my 81 year old Dad who really has a hard time with traveling. I travel extensively and use Hilton hotels and this one was great.”

“Nice location off of RT. 30. Not fare from downtown. My only negative was the Air conditioner woke us up earlier in the morning making horrible noise. Had to shut off the ac an the room got a little uncomfortable.”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“OK, this is not a fancy hotel. But for what I paid, I thought I got excellent value. The place was clean. My room was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding and helpful. There was a pet fee, but it wasn’t much None of these are always true when you say stay at a lesser priced motel, but I thought the Super eight in Gettysburg delivered excellent value for the price charge and I would highly recommend it. They are a superstar at this level of hotel and I’ve stated a lot of of Super eight...
