“My stay was with my wife for a short weekend after Christmas and New Year celebration. Hotel was great. Room was very clean. It was raining Saturday night. It was nice walking down the steps to a great restaurant. Alp around great place to stay. ”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“Room was great like always. The only downside was the parking lot was not salted well and my pregnant wife fell twice. I asked them to salt and better and I’m not sure they did.”
