“Room was clean, the check in staff was great and friendly. We had no refrigerator in our room which was advertised as having one. The staff on duty thought there was one and when I said there was an empty space where one belonged they weren’t helpful or at all worried that we had items that needed refrigerated. Just said we can get one in there after the weekend. ”

“Late night manager was rude. Ask a couple of questions about my rooms and he said it was what was booked. Wasn’t listening and acted as if my concerns didn’t matter. I told him I could take my business elsewhere whether I was charged or not. Totally unprofessional. Due to the lateness of our arrival, we chose to stay despite the man’s poor etiquette. So sad!”

(Didn’t bother to ask since it was just a nights stay) it’s a 25 min drive to winstar casino. Walls are very thin and you can hear all kinds of conversations outside. There’s restaurants nearby”

“I had a disappointing experience during my stay. There were people hanging out in front of the hotel, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. When I got to the room, the toilet was overflowing, and staff handed me a plunger and had me clean up the water myself, which was very unprofessional. The room itself was not clean — the floor was dirty, and I even found a teddy bear and a walkie-talkie left behind. “I called three times to make sure I had a ground floor and parking outside my room. When I got there I had none of that. I went somewhere else to say that night”
