“The resort is truly fantastic, especially the pool facilities. The reception staff is friendly and willing to help. The room is comfortable and equipped with every amenity, although the sofa bed could have been better. ”

“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”

“Our stay was disrupted by excessive noise from the room next door until 3 AM due to a loud party. When we reached out to hotel staff for help, we were told to deal with it ourselves by knocking on their door. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be able to rely on staff to handle disturbances, especially late at nigh”

“The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!”
