“I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...

“A very large and spacious room with two separate areas, a good wellness zone with a wide selection of different saunas and a small pool, and a nice restaurant. Some drawbacks: the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks, and there was no closing door between the two room areas. There were also no croissants at breakfast. The price felt a bit too high for what was offered.”
