“Wunderbares Haus. Schöne Bar. Schönes Restaurant. Gutes Essen. Gutes Frühstück, wenn auch etwas zu teuer, aber exzellenter Service (Danke an Frau Kuehne!). Sehr schönes, ruhiges Zimmer. Matratze ok, nur einen Ticken zu weich für meinen Geschmack.”

“Room was not available at check in. Room and furniture are very old and definitely not at the level of a 5 star hotel. Service was also below expectations, they even forgot to clean our room. Pity because the location is nice ”

My room was booked as a double bed, it had 2 single beds, which is not great considering my height. The worst thing is that it has terrible acoustics, I was woken up at 5am by someone on the building below me in what sounded like moving equipment across tiled floors and generally clattering around obliviously to anything around them, even with...

“Hotel pulito e insonorizzato benissimo. Le stanze nuove e confortevoli. Ristorante buonissimo con personale super gentile. Ho avuto un problema con il lavandino del bagno e sono stati un po’ poco professionali, ma mi hanno cambiato stanza creandomi un disagio. Ma nel complesso l’anno prossimo ci torniamo perché l’hotel è perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. ”

“Gefallen hat mir der sehr freundliche Service durch die Mitarbeiter*innen im Hotel. Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, wie die Sicherheitsbedingungen im Hotel (Maske tragen, Desinfektionsmittel benutzen vor dem Frühstück) durch die Mitarbeiter*innen durchgesetzt worden sind. Reinigung und Zimmer waren auch sehr gut. Ich komme gern wieder. ”
