“Hotel is not kept up as well as a normal Hilton hotel. Ceilings were damaged in our rooms and the hallways, the carpet in the hallways was bunched up and tearing up.”

“As a Diamond member, we expect a quality experience at any Hilton location. Not only did the front desk agent give us the worst room, the lunch and dinner options in the restaurant were inedible. When we spoke to a waiter, she became defensive. One waiter actually exhibited the level of customer service we are accustomed to having.
