“Everything about our stay was phenomenal. Clean, safe, everything was close and accessible. We can’t wait to return. The staff was amazing and the location could not have been better. The food tasted good and the atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for. I can’t say anything bad about this place. Awesome”

“The best part about this hotel is the beach!! All the rooms face the ocean with amazing views. The sand is absolutely perfect in front of this hotel. Kids had a blast! The staff was very very friendly and kind. For the money, you can't beat the value. It's an older motel style hotel, bathrooms aren't very updated, but are clean. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and rooms were cute. We stayed for one night before our other booking was ready, but we would stay again. Lots of places...

“Room was dirt a pile of dirt was in the middle of the floor the door had a gap at the bottom and was hard to open and close just out of date will not go back”

“Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

“The beds were hard as a rock. The TV would not work and it was very small TV. The pool was closed down by the health department. The Place was an older place. That’s probably seen it better years but they kept it clean. There was nothing special about for anything the kids to do is just conveniently close to the beach you will walk across the street at here to go down to the beach the guy that was running The Place. He was super helpful, real sweet. We only stayed one night.”
