“The checkin process was pretty smooth. Rooms are better in person than pictures. They are clean and super cute. We were able to view the city and part of the ocean from our room. The view is beautiful.”

“We were supposed to have ocean view, but not available for first day. He offered us room with view for second night but two much trouble to change rooms for one night. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ants in room. Infinity pool is gorgeous! Security guard, Andy, was extremely helpful, great suggestions for where to eat, etc AC worked very well.”

“The building was old but I was impressed as they had kept it clean as new. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I asked questions. Breakfast was great as it has had variety of food for vegetarian folks like us. I would recommend since it definitely deserves a 5 stars rating.”

“the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty.”

“It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. It’s better to have the room well maintained and equiped to make it on par for a 4star listing and may charge more. Listing needs to be...
