“Place was run down, room was ok but the shared bathroom/toilet was atrocious! The bloke at reception had an awful attitude from hello, he was the rudest host I have ever dealt with and the female at reception was no better. I suggest finding a different career than hospitality ... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!”

“The room was very clean and big enough with a decent sized bed, small sink and bar fridge, sofa, coffee table and bathroom. The breakfast box was handy too with cereal, milk, juice and mini Carmen bars. Staff was very helpful with holding our bags and printing our documents. ”

“Staff absolutely wonderful and kept the room clean and tidy. The room we had was a bit tired but we understand there is a refurbishment programme happening so next time we stay the room will be bright and fresh. The bar/bistro was nice and friendly, typical Aussie style, but the menu a bit limited. Set in an industrial area but central for us and cost effective. Would stay again. ”

“Easy parking and check in. Room was quiet and clean with bottled water, chocolates and biscuits along with coffee and tea. Only down side was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Also when returning to the property after a concert around midnight we were able to enter the lift lobby and go up to our floor without swiping a card. Just swiping to access our room. All team members were extremely helpful and engaging to deal with. Breakfast was very good with pricing similar to local cafes.”

“A lovely older style.building with excellent woodwork with all required facilities including a pool, indoor lounge and outdoor balcony. Limited off road.parking but on road was absolutely.no problem. Close location to the shore which gives access to the 15 km coastal path which we like to walk and which offers many cafe and coffee stops. Only negative a packed as opposed to.a cooked breakfast. Will stay again.”

“No furniture on balcony. No soap in shower. There were extra pillows but they didnt have pillow cases. There was an iron but no ironing board. Check in process was too rigid. ”
