“Horrible communication from the staff, they were extremely rude to me and my family. They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude. Room was ok, it was dirty behind the bed walls and hidden places. I will not recommend staying there and find yourself a better and kinder staff to work with. The only thing was nature and sea, which has nothing to do with this hotel.”

“The staff were very lovely, from the managers to the domestic staff. The menu was very limited and least appealing. The water was cold for most of the days we were there - the water issue was addressed and they were working on it. Overall peaceful, if you prefer to stay in a hotel most days I wouldn't recommend it. It's more comfortable when you just use it for sleep and you spend most of the day out exploring and eating out. ”
