“We had an excellent stay. The hotel is located directly on the beach, which made our time there incredibly relaxing and convenient. The pool is spotlessly clean and perfect for unwinding throughout the day. Although the property is slightly isolated, this contributes to its peaceful, away-from-it-all atmosphere. If you want to explore further afield, it’s easy to arrange transport or excursions. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the coastline”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Mango Tree Villa. The rooms were clean, the garden and pool area were beautiful, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed a homemade Sri Lankan breakfast! Regarding the comments about the train close to the hotel, it did not bother us at all. “One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at (and we travel a lot!). Definitely recommend the room with the private plunge pool (which includes your own personal butler). INCREDIBLE view to wake up to in the morning and you won't regret it! Also the restaurant is so good, we ate every single meal there and couldn't get enough of the food. They made excellent local Sri Lankan dishes with so much flavor and spa. Spa services were also excellent! We will definitely be coming back!”
