“The staff is super , always ready to help. Rooms and location superb ”

“Perfect location. Rooms are really spacious and very nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. For sure I will stay there again soon.”

“Hotel di charme nel cuore glamour di Beverly Hills. Top Spa. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Interessante collezione di opere d'arte.”

“Great breakfast. Very accomodating staff who let me check in early when the room became available. Close to UCLA. Will stay again.”

“I had high expectations for this well known hotel that is alsoa four session hotel .. indeed quite old structore they built a new part but you need to take 2 elevators to reach frontdesk , poor service for the standard s, mediocre spa without facilitoes rather than an hot stream and some basic services ( i wonder why this has ed as they advertised) Rooms not well equipped .. this might be maybe a 4. Start hotel not sure a 5 star and dies not worth the expense ”

“Hotel staff was kind, shower was a bit awkward to figure out, room was nice and well put together. Didn't have time to grab the complementary breakfast since check in and check out times are short. Great experience overall.”

“The hotel that feels like home and allows you to do things that you would do at home. Not a typical place at all. Fantastic location and really cool staff. Always a pleasure to stay there”

“Tutti molto gentili . Ottima location ”

“Camera e bagno ampi. Pulizia. Arredamento molto curato. Disponibilità e cortesia del personale.”

“Camera pulita e posizione ideale”

“Posizione buona. Camere spaziose e nuove. Letto molto comodo. Parcheggio pubblico nei dintorni non disponile Personale disponibile e gentile anche se solo 1 persona alla reception. Servizi basici, no possibilità di fare colazione se non a la carte Nessuna dotazione X caffè in camera non disponibile (bollitore solo su richiesta?) Nel complesso un buon hotel ”

“Posizione ottimale per passeggiare a Melrose”

“Bella la struttura ma il personale poco collaborativo e disponibile.”

“Good hotel in a central and safe area, just steps from Beverly Hills. We requested a room change and were accommodated immediately. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as was the valet, who was very courteous. The hotel itself is somewhat dated; our suite was very large and almost too spacious, with a lot of empty areas. The TVs were quite old, but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms with balconies were a bit noisy, as they all face the main street, but nothing too bothersome.”

“Molto bello e pulito”

“Hotel veramente Bello, Terrazzino molto carino, peccato la vista era altrettanto Bella ...”

“Piu' adatto ad un soggiorno di piacere che di lavoro”
