“Got there late at night and pur room was not ready. They “upgraded” us to a studio suite that only had one bed and one (very uncomfortable) sofa bed (we’d requested a 2 queen bed room, needed 2 beds).”

“I had high expectations for this well known hotel that is alsoa four session hotel .. indeed quite old structore they built a new part but you need to take 2 elevators to reach frontdesk , poor service for the standard s, mediocre spa without facilitoes rather than an hot stream and some basic services ( i wonder why this has ed as they advertised) Rooms not well equipped .. this might be maybe a 4. Start hotel not sure a 5 star and dies not worth the expense ”
