“Didn’t get to check in because they wouldn’t wake up to check us in. We called ahead to let them know we were going to be arriving at 2am. They said ring the bell. We didn’t for over 20min. We could hear them snoring. Yelled for them. Didn’t matter. Lost $100 on that hotel and had to go get a different one. Expedia should remove hotel from app.”
