Enjoy space and a relaxing time with family and friends in this 2-storey Beach house with 2 living areas, deck and garden on the conveniently located corner of Castle Ave and Beach Rd.
Get your holiday underway enjoying open plan living, a combustion fire, split system air conditioning, and dual balconies with café blinds.
Scoot up the main street for coffee, brunch, or a browse, pull out the boat or go fishing, hit the fairways, enjoy the World Renown Coorong wildlife sanctuary or cruise the beach with the dog - a holiday at The Sandpiper is a holiday to be shared and remembered.

All bed linen and towels are provided.
Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property and no parties
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are very welcome on holiday with you but please let us know if you’re bringing a dog. A $75 pet fee will apply.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

A great getaway

Lovely two story property with plenty of room, kitchen was great, great balconies with a beautiful breeze day and night. Great enclosed yard that the dogs loved, and super close to the beach so the dogs loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the sea air.
