“Was not allowed to check in. Staff claims 10-15 rooms were affected by a/c not working and were not honoring our reservation. They moved us to another hotel 15 min away, without notifying us or contacting us prior. Should it not be our choice? I personally don’t care about a/c as it wasn’t overly hot. I have a feeling the a/c was not the real issue. There was a very large wedding going on and my guess is they needed the extra rooms. A/C was working just fine in the rest of the hotel. I travel...

“I was there for a longer stay and they never cleaned my room. Luckily I am very neat so it was not a huge issue, but not having my sheets, or towels replaced wasn't acceptable. But on the upside I didn't murdered so that has to count for something. ”
