“Clean room”

“I enjoyed my brief stay at the property. The check in process was unusual. I talked with the property manager via Ring and the place was unlocked. Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. The location is very, very close to the street, but the building, which apparently was constructed in 1810, was so well constructed that any noises from passing traffic could not be heard. “Just basic accommodation. Room was clean. No coffee pot or coffee. Grab bars should be installed for the benefit of seniors.”

“It’s not terrible but it’s old and ugly. We didn’t find any bugs so that was awesome, but it is really loud from road traffic. ”

“Like: Close to the mammoth cave. Don’t like: even though the room is ready before 3 pm check in time, but they asked us to pay early check in fees if we like to check in. We left then came back again to check in”

“This was our very 1st B&B that we ever stayed at. The historical house itself has a life of its own, then they added time period peices to add to the estestics of the place. Gary and Karen treat you like family. Gary cooks a wonderful breakfast every morning, while Diane keeps the room clean and fresh. They even invited their guest to the baseball stadium suite in Bowling green KY to celebrate the 4th of July fireworks(no baseball game). Needless to say any other B&B that we may visit next has...

“The cabin was clean and private and my husband and I had a nice relaxing experience. It was quiet and just what we needed. The shower didn't work as expected and the toilet didn't flush very well but all in all I would return.”
