“Location was very nice, the rooms were confortable and there was a warm atmosphere but the big problem was that we could comunicate with the staff just with Google translator as they didn't know a word of english! And that caused lot of misunderstandings.”

“L'hotel, pur non essendo recente è ben gestito da una squadra di 3 donne. Ero l'unico ospite (considerare che ho soggiornato a gennaio), mi hanno atteso sino alle 23.30. Camera pulita, calda e con tutti gli accessori (spazzolino, ciabatte e shampoo). Unico neo, a parere mio la mancanza di una tenda per la doccia (con conseguenza allagamento del bagno). Ma la vera sorpresa è stata la splendida (e fin troppo abbondante) colazione (pancakes, uova, wurdtel, formaggi, pompelmo, caffe turco...) ecco...

“L'albergo è dotato di molti servizi, personale estremamente disponibile, colazione a buffet ottima così come il ristorante in terrazza. Unico difetto, nella nostra camera non c'era l'aria condizionata, sebbene nella descrizione dell'hotel fosse specificato che ogni camera è dotata di climatizzazione. Nel complesso comunque un soggiorno più che soddisfacente.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back....

“They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.”
