Connecticut's Premier Private Lake Community: come relax with the whole family, bring friends and enjoy all this community has to offer. Lake access is just a 5 minute walk. Tucked back in the woods, the house is private and secluded - perfect for family gatherings, weekends away, and new adventures!
This spacious home, all within walking distance to the Woodridge Lake Clubhouse, offers many resort amenities: pool, gym, playground, beaches, tennis center, and marina.
Your retreat has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a Morocco-inspired sunroom with books, board games, and a dedicated home office.
Ski & Stay: 10 min to Mohawk Mountain (family-friendly CT ski and tubing mountain), 30 minutes to Sundown and short drives to Catamount and Butternut.
The house is the perfect spot for any occasion: family vacation, fall foliage peepers, winter ski lodge, girls getaway, and of course all the water amenities one could want for a summer getaway: lake access, pool at clubhouse, tennis and private beaches!
REMOTE WORKING:
High-speed Wi-Fi makes this the perfect getaway for remote working! A dedicated office with bed for all your remote working needs.
RESORT AMENITIES ONLY INCLUDED WITH TWO-WEEK STAY:
If guests reserve a two-week stay, access to the community includes:
● Four sandy beaches for swimming, picnicking, boating, and water sports
● Tennis Courts (4 DecoTurf, 4 Har-Tru)
● Junior Olympic Swimming Pool (8-lane, 25 yard)
● Fitness Center
● Playground
Two-week stays include paddle boards, kayak, access to community amenities**
The clubhouse amenities: pool, fitness center, etc. are ONLY INCLUDED with two week minimum stay.
PETS: No Pets shall be permitted on the property without written consent of the owner.
Refundable Deposit $500 returned within 72 hours after guests leave premises / inspection.
