“Hotels should be forced to add a banner that says ‘under renovation’. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie. “Room was very clean, the BR was also clean with enough room for all our toiletries. The shower was refreshing and the vent worked so no steamed up mirror. The breakfast had many offerings to a variety of tastes. The selection of teas was perfect, both with and without caffeine. Front desk staff were professional and attentive. The location was very near the Riverwalk and to Nort Augusta.”

“This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all...

“Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. ”
