La posizione, defilata rispetto al centro della della cittadina e vicina alla zona industriale (stabilimento Opel) peraltro non visibile dall'albergo, lo rende consigliabile ad una clientela commerciale cui l'hotel è probabilmente in primo luogo destinato.
