Tiny grey house with loft, 15 min from city center

Modern tiny house of 25 sqm with sleeping loft located in Sävedalen. Excelent for 1-2 people for a short or a longer stay.
The house is fully equipped and you'll live comfortably 15 minutes, by bus or car, from central Gothenburg. Close to Landvetter flygplats - 20 min by car.
Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi or have a work week on the west coast.

Park the car in the driveway and take the bus. Bus stops nearby with great connections to town

Its not full ceiling height up on the loft, you'll sleep comfortably in a 160 cm bed, or divide it into two separate 80 cm beds. There is also a small sofa bed, the sleeping surface is 120 cm wide, in the house. The bed(s) in the loft will be made up when you arrive and towels can be found in the bathroom. If you need to do laundry, there is also a washing machine.

The kitchen has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV with built-in CromeCast is available.. SVTPlay, PlutoTV and TV4 are all free to use, but you can also use the most common apps such as Netflix and Disney if you have a payplan or account for any of them..

Take a walk in the area, go to the nearest lake, have an ice cream at the ice cream café in Sävedalen, do some shopping in Allum. Everything is within easy reach!
Communications to the city or to a shopping center are good. Buses 513 and 515 take you to the city center in 15 minutes and both buses stop within 3 minutes of the house.
You park your car in the driveway and there is also free parking on the streets around the house.
