It’s a motel. Smallest shower/ toilet I have ever been in. Overall clean … except when retrieving our dogs toy from under bed! Communication ok.

Poor

I have stayed in many hotels in my life but never stayed in such a filthy hotel with stains on the carpet and shower that looked like it hadn’t been clean for years. Very disappointed not worth the money

Timely location

The property is in a great location, I was dissappionted that the Steak house was not in use that would have made a good stop over a great stop over.

Basic for what you pay

The room was all I needed in terms of facilities, however the room has very thin walls and the plumbing of the neighboring room meant whenever they were using any water (showering etc), I could hear the water draining through the pipes in my room. Despite the room coming equipped with a toaster, microwave etc, there were no utensils or crockery provided. The property manager was not very welcoming and when I asked about utensils it was as if I'd really inconvenienced her.

Perfect stop over

Was a comfortable stop over for us and our dog after a long drive. Had everything we needed and didn't need to go far for dinner with the steakhouse on site.

Lilac City (Goulburn) was Perfect example of friendly helpful staff with great attitude to doggies.

We had everything we needed, room fridge, fresh milk for tea/coffee (not long-life milk - yeeerk), air con, clean room and ensuite, and met four other couples with their doggies.

Clean and Comfortable

Stayed here overnight to break my journey. Nice little motel, spotlessly clean, has everything you need including toaster, kettle, microwave oven, little fridge,etc. The bonus was it was pet friendly. The attached steakhouse was very convenient as we arrived after dark and did not have to go far to find dinner. Food was good and we decided to have a cooked breakfast the next morning as well. The Receptionist was polite and helpful. Extra little comforts like electric blankets made the stay a pleasure. Will definitely be back..
