This four season, cozy chalet nested in the quiet, five star gated community in Big Bass Lake is a new rental. Be one of the first guests and enjoy the BEST LOCATION of our house. Your family will be 1 minute walking distance from the Outdoor Pool, Tennis
Courts, Basketball Course, Playground and the Clubhouse . Make memories in our speciouse Poconos home. Whether you're planning a family retreat or a getaway with friends, this home is the perfect destination for relaxation and adventure.

Newly updated cozy chalet located in a quiet, 5 star Big Bass Lake community, in the beautiful, wooded, serene Pocono Mountains.

The Space


Our newly listed 2,500 square feet house contains 11 rooms. There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large family room and a huge game room.

There are lots of windows and skylights throughout the home bringing in tons of natural light.

OUTDOOR SPACE

 Gravel Driveway with ample parking for up to 5 vehicles
 Back Deck has a Screened Porch with a dining table for 6 people and outdoor cafe lights; 2 separate Lounge areas with rocking chairs/bench and coffee tables.
 2 large Gas grills and a charcoal grill
 Fire pit off of the back deck
 Relaxing area with hammocks off of the back deck
 Front Deck has 6-seater patio conversation set with a coffee table and a patio Egg Swing Chair
 Community Clubhouse with outdoor pool and tons of activities is right next to the backyard, less than a minute walk!

Trash and Recycling

There is no trash pickup in Big Bass Lake, and outdoor storage of trash is not permitted.
Please bring your trash and recycling to one of the compactors at the Big Bass Lake parking area near the Main Gate. You can take trash as often as you like. It is open 24/7. DO NOT store trash outside at any time.

MT Chalet is located in the beautiful, gated Big Bass Lake Community Association (BBLCA). BBLCA is an award winning and Gold Star Certified premier Community located in the Pocono Mountains, and considered one of the best communities in Northeast Pennsylvania.

In order to use the amenities at BBLCA, a pass must be purchased at the administration building, clubhouse, or recreation center. Pass prices are as follows (age seven (7) and above):

 Daily Pass (per day/per person): weekday $8 / weekend or holiday $10. Effective only the day issued
 Weekly Pass (per week/per person): non-holiday $30 / holiday week $50. Effective for seven consecutive days from the date issued.
 Children 7 years old and younger cannot be unsupervised at any of the Big Bass Lake common areas
 Children 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. An adult is defined as a person 18 years and older.


Fishing and/or Boating

Gas powered boats are not permitted on BBLCA lakes. All boats must carry a current BBLCA decal, which can be obtained at the Administration Office. Fishing is allowed with a permit, but a catch and release policy is in effect for any sized bass caught in any Big Bass lake.

Wildlife

Remember, we are in the great outdoors, please be mindful and careful of all wildlife. Feeding animals, fish, and foul in BBLCA is prohibited. Hunting and trapping in BBLCA is also prohibited.

Fireworks, Firearms, & Tenting

The use of fireworks or firearms is not permitted at any time in the community. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $500 fine. Tents are not permitted on properties at any time.
Guest access
Guest access

* Everyone's name should be sent at least 4 business days before check-in so you can be allowed access at the gate. We will email you the resort Gate access form and needs to be returned 4 days prior to your check-in.

* Guests have access to the entire home with exception the owners closets which are locked, a Kayak and a Bike which are for the owners' personal use.
Other things to note
 Please take note that this is a gated community. BBLCA security and the gatehouse operate 24/7
 Minimum age to rent is 25
 No refunds for bad weather or natural disasters
 All cars, guests and even visitors must be registered and listed on the rental application in order to access the property
 All drivers are required to produce their vehicle plate number and valid driver’s license upon sign in
 You must register your car and receive a car tag at the Big Bass Lake main gate before coming to MT Chalet, otherwise you risk a $250 fine and loss of your deposit
 Once you check in your car and guests, you can enter and leave as needed without further trips to gate. Keep the tag on your rearview mirror.
 Please, park your car(s) in the driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited

Trash and Recycling
