“low quality curtain. lot of light from the window at 5.30AM. when guests from other rooms open their door you hear a louf bang. not even a complimentary bottle of water. internet slow and disconnects frequently. restaurant with very limited choice and exhorbitant prices. the only plus is the complimentary car parking”

“ottmo hotel, posizione, pochissimi chilometri dall'autostrada, noi eravamo in auto; parcheggi a volonta, stanze eccellenti, nuove pulite e ben fornite: accapatoi, asciugamani, necessario per la doccia, inoltre th, caffe con piu tipot di filtri vari zuccheri e biscottini (ottimi) buona e varia la colazione. lo consiglio vivamente”

“Tutto bene, purtroppo la scarsa elasticità della direzione non mi ha permesso di annullare l'ultima notte dato che ho dovuto lasciare la camera un giorno prima. Il comportamento è stato da grande catena alberghiera, non compatibile con la dimensione dell'hotel. Peccato”

“Bell'albergo, molto grande e pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina in quanto avendo dei bambini, loro si sono divertiti molto. La colazione era buona e abbondante. Unica pecca, dista 20 minuti in auto dal centro di Glasgow.”

“Frances is such a brilliant host. I arrived to tea and freshly baked scones and a lovely chat after my 3 hour drive from Loch Ness. The shared kitchen/lounge has plenty of room for guests and my room was large and spotlessly clean. I had the opportunity to chat to other guests and in the evening a short walk took me to the Village Green where the pipe band was playing.
