"Situata sopra il porto di Mgarr (da dove si prendono i traghetti per Malta e Comino), è una struttura imponente che forse necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata. Gentile e disponibile il personale al check-in (in particolare il portiere di notte Radomir), un po' meno quello di sala forse per via del lavoro davvero sfiancante, dalla colazione alla cena. Magnifica la piscina all'aperto con panorama mozzafiato, non utilizzabile quella indoor under manteinance per tutto il soggiorno. Buona la colazione a buffet, varia ogni giorno, forse un po' ristretta la scelta dei dolci. Fermata del bus a 50 metri, nel porto diversi ristorantini tra cui scegliere. Non è la zona più turistica di Gozo, ma per gli spostamenti in traghetto è l'ideale."

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but what I got was far from it. The room was not particularly clean, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The minibar in our Junior Suite was completely empty, even though they took my credit card as a guarantee for any consumption. It’s hard to understand the logic behind that. Service was a disaster: the bar and pool areas were practically unattended. Worst of all, at the pool bar, I was refused a drink simply because I was wearing a bathrobe instead of regular clothes. When I politely asked for an explanation, the bar staff member didn’t even stop to talk to me — she just walked past and, without looking at me, said I had to be dressed. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. At check-in, I was handed a form and told to fill in my own details — again, not something I would ever expect from a supposedly high-end hotel. Overall, this place lacks the service, attention to detail, and professionalism you'd expect from a true 5-star hotel. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend it. "

"Hotel un po datato ma molto elegante e accogliente. La camera era molto grande e affacciava sulle piscine. La Spa è ottima. Parcheggio comodo. Non abbiamo fatto la colazione. Lo stile Kempinski non delude mai."
