“beds were hard as rock had to leave at 10 pm could not sleep on the mattress, the floor of the room did not look like it was even vaccumed, hotel is showing its age needs a make over”

“Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...
