I understand many handicap rooms also house service animals; however, my understanding was that hotels upgraded cleaning for these rooms. The room had a distinct smell of "dog." Also, an ant and slight pest control issue.”

“The room assigned to us was not cleaned and beds not made, but we were promptly given a new room. The breakfast was just ok, and we never saw any breakfast hostess. The hotel was adequate for our needs as we were just passing through on our way home from vacation. ”
