The pool is nice, it is lovely to be on the golf course, but could use a little tune up. We knew it would probably be a little shopworn, and the price fits the economy, but would advise a little work on...

“The house is as advertised… old, creaky, and crooked. It was warm and comfortable. My only complaint is the kitchen. There were very few pots and pans, only 3 forks & 3 spoons in the utensils drawer, and just not thoughtfully stocked. We messaged the owner because the faucet was extremely loose, and we got a quick reply that he would have someone look at later. It is definitely in need of some TLC. The downstairs apartment is cozy and quaint. A great little space. ”
