INDOOR LIVING: Open concept-interior with living and dining areas attached. Main house has counter seating, 2 bar height tables one with 10 chairs, the other with 2 chairs and normal height table with benches in the connecting foosball room. Cabin has bar height table with 6 chairs.

OUTDOOR FEATURES: Hot Tub on Deck at House, 2 Fire Pits(one down by the dock and one at cabin) , 2 grills(one at grill area at house and one at cabin by the patio), picnic table on deck at house, loungers, Adirondack chairs, open turf space for sports & play by the cabin

KITCHEN: Both house and cabin have Fully equipped kitchens!

GENERAL: Free high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, washer/dryer in house and another set in the cabin, both house and cabin have central heating & A/C

PARKING: Driveway out front of house(4 vehicles) and cabin(2 vehicles)

BOAT LAUNCH OPTIONS: Use private boat ramp on property and tie up to the dock!

All parts of the property are accessible to guests except the following:
In Main House:
One closet off the kitchen
One closet in the Master Bedroom
One closet on the deck

In the Cabin:
Two cabinets in the Master Bathroom and Master Bedroom Closet

On the Property:
The two sheds

On the Dock:
The boats and jet ski are NOT for guest use OR kids entertainment.

There is a House Manual in each house that will cover a majority of items and answer most of your questions.
Please review it with everyone once you arrive! We are available if additional questions occur, and Guests should contact hosts through the app during their stay.

SHOPPING: 15 miles from Graham with a Super Walmart for a large selection of almost anything you need. Nearby, 2 miles away is Possums Corner convenience store and Best Side Mercantile Store. If you forgot to bring something or need additional items, Best Side is a great little grocery store for picking up essentials! They have a selection of steaks, produce, a large beer and wine selection, boat and tackle section, live minnows, ice chest, and more!
Possum Hollow and Fox Hollow, a quick drive by car or access by boat, are great for eating out! Fox Hollow has music on the weekends a couple times a month at an outside bar.
Cell Service is limited for networks other than Verizon. Enabling Wi-Fi calling on your cell phone and connecting to the internet is recommended for other cell providers.
