“We reserved for 2 nights. First night was a large roach. We reported in the morning and they said they would have it cleaned upon return that evening. We returned same evening, roach remained along with more. They scattered across the dresser. We reported. They stated they informed housekeeping and she signed off. They offered to change our room and we changed. In the 2nd room were tweezers, wet wash cloths
