“Stayed in a studio apartment. This property is unbelievably well located for central Newcastle - five minutes to Bigg Market and ten to St James Park. Two very large 24 hour car parks are five minutes walk away.
All communication was great, check in was super easy and the apartment was exactly as expected. Will definitely use again if I'm back in Newcastle”

“Comfy room, generous towels.
Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service.
There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. A real asset to the Old...

“I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment, but it looked fresh.
Had a coffee but was luke warm, could not be warmed up as it was from a machine.
Staff super helpful when I requested to move to a bigger room. Manager was very helpful too.
The only thing that let the hotel down is that the walls and floors could be thicker, a family that were staying seemed to let their children run free, up and down the corridors! Was annoying.
Could not hear the traffic noise at all. Aircon was nice....
