“The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. ”

“This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every member of the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants or things to do, and would even help arrange a taxi. When we checked in, we were greeted immediately, offered water, and then promptly shown to our room. The rooms were each unique and cozy, which really encouraged you to enjoy all the different spaces the hotel had to offer to relax. Their menu was also...

“Super close to Paddington station. Like at many hotels in the same area, noisy floors and thin walls are not the best for business travelers. Check in is 100% online even if you are phisically there in front of the receptionist/manager and could not complete the check in online. Like in many London hotels, Reaching some rooms is like going thorough a labyrinth with ultra narrow corridors. Nice decor, good for young generations, perhaps not ideal for business travelers.”
