“We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. “This property has a lot of potential. They started out right with good decor but missed when it came to the quality of the installation of things like fans, faucets, and dehumidifier. (The kitchen faucet, for instance wasn’t even attached to the counter). Our host Lucia was kind and responsive. The bed was not comfortable - rather than using King sheets to make one bed for us, we had two twins just pushed together We did have major issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, most notably...

“The flat was beautifully decorated, new and clean. The check-in extremely smooth and everything related to access very easy. Also, the website with all the other services available (parking space, luggage storage, visit bookings etc) was easy to use. Their customer service is very prompt if you have a question as well. Position was ideal, just off the main square in Granada. One minute walk from the cathedral. I would definitely return - amazing value for the price.”

“I made a mistake and booked for the next week. The host answered the WhatsApp at 10pm and graciously opened a room. Good customer service. No breakfast available. Room was very cold although likely due to unexpected late arrival.”
