Porta la grande famiglia o rendila una fuga privata in questa favolosa storia a due piani situata a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Granbury, ma ti senti come se fossi in campagna. Cammina fuori dalla porta sul retro della tua bella piscina e centro benessere poi attraverso il prato ben curato al molo che si affaccia sull'acqua del corpo principale. A pochi minuti di barca da 3 ristoranti situati sul Lago Granbury. Questa casa offre 2 camere matrimoniali al piano di sotto con letti king size e enormi armadi walk-in, culla portatile situata anche al piano di sotto. Ci sono 2 bagni al piano inferiore, il bagno # 1 ha una vasca / doccia separata, il bagno # 2 ha solo la doccia. Il soggiorno ha un muro di finestre in modo da poter guardare i bambini da casa mentre ti siedi davanti al camino accogliente godendo il tuo spettacolo preferito su un televisore da 60 ". La nostra cucina per chef ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per preparare qualsiasi pasto, spezie di base e prodotti di base quali olio d'oliva, farina, zucchero, amido di mais, ecc. Osserva l'attività del lago mentre cucini sulla griglia in dotazione o goditi i pasti in famiglia all'interno. Al piano superiore la prima camera ha un letto queen chic fattoria con letti lussuosi, poltrona e TV. La prossima camera da letto al piano superiore è il nostro enorme bunkroom che può ospitare 14 letti! C'è un grande bagno al piano superiore che condividono entrambe le camere da letto; vasca e doccia separate, 2 vanità con doppio lavabo e un armadio a vaso separato. Entrambe le camere al piano superiore hanno porte scorrevoli che si aprono su un enorme terrazzo per guardare le stelle cadenti, i nuotatori e le barche sul lago. Questa casa dispone di 6 TV tutte dotate di DirectTV, Sling e Netflix; camera da letto 1, camera da letto 2, soggiorno, cucina, camera da letto al piano superiore 3 e bunkroom. Tutti i bagni sono provvisti di adeguati asciugamani bianchi e salviette per il noleggio degli affittuari. Al piano di sotto troverete giochi da tavolo, carte, domino, scacchi, dama e tantissimi giochi di famiglia. Al piano superiore i bambini troveranno un biliardino, Xbox, videogiochi e giocattoli per bambini. All'esterno ci sono giochi in piscina, galleggianti, tagliatelle in piscina, palloni da calcio, palloni da basket, palloni da calcio e giochi da giardino. Questa casa familiare vi accoglie con mobili e accessori invitanti con stile casa colonica e avventure al lago!

We had 13 in our family group. There was plenty of room. It’s a lovely house to rent. My family enjoyed our trip and our stay at the house. We parked four vehicles back by the house. They fit, but you may have to do some car jockeying to get out. No big deal. I would stay again!

Rodent problem

I texted the owner earlier and sent a message via VRBO letting her know of the problems we encountered. I said at the time that I wouldn’t leave a review so as not to hurt her business over things that could be fixed. But reading older reviews indicates that there is little intention of fixing them. So, this review is solely to warn future prospective renters. There were 8 friends who met in Granbury for a weekend of hot tubbing, shopping, and generally visiting. Upon entering the home we noticed an off putting odor. When we went looking for the source we found mouse droppings beside the water heater. We also found a closet on the second floor that stored extra pillow, blankets and such that had an overwhelming smell of rodent urine. We wondered if maybe something had died in the garage, but it was locked so there’s no way to know. The house was only marginally clean as there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling with other insects caught in them. There were live insects in the.house- fairly large spiders, small mosquito looking knats, and beetles. The person who stayed in the room with the smelly closet found carpet beetles in her suitcase. The outdoor furniture was very dirty, we had to clean it before using it. The rules ask that the beds be stripped before leaving. All of the mattress pads were heavily sweat stained and should be replaced. One of the bunks was missing the top side rail and the rail at the foot of the bed. We were unable to get the TVs and the interne

Spacious Home With Great Location

This property is in a great location with plenty of room for a dozen people. In particular the upstairs bunk area is spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The bedroom up stairs with the queen bed is also comfortable but not private as it is at the top of the stairs and anyone going in and out of the bunk room must walk through it to get to the stairs. Not an issue unless your group requires 3 private rooms plus the bunk beds which we didn't. Our group of 11 friends had a wonderful stay enjoying the pool, sitting on the dock, gathering in the living room to fellowship and in the kitchen to eat and taking short trips to nearby venues. Sitting on the front porch with coffee was also a favorite place. The upstairs balcony was inviting but it was just too hot in August for us to enjoy. Maybe next time. We all left wanting to return.

Family vacation

We had a great stay! The pool was wonderful! We had kids ranging from 15-1 and everyone was able to have fun in it. The house had everything you might need when traveling. We ran low on paper goods, but the local grocery store was only a short trip away so it wasn’t a big deal. Location was ideal. Only a few minutes from local shopping, and city beach area. I would recommend this house to anyone with small children who love to swim. The upstairs was a little warmer than desired, but we didn’t spend lots of time up there. Kids room was full of toys to play with. There were a few cleaning issues when we arrived. A bag of trash was left on upstairs deck along with a small mess around couch and a used cup on coffee table. Otherwise very clean and tidy. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend!

Great Time Away

We absolutely loved our stay at Kynlee Shores! The house was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool was wonderful! We loved sitting on the dock watching the fish jump and the ducks and geese swim! Great location! We definitely plan to be back!

Nice location. Nice space.

We rented this property for a two day family reunion. It was a very nice clean space where we could relax. The kitchen was nicely stalked with dishes and utensils. The pool was a nice size. The kids loved it.

Great location

We were in town for the Spartan Race. The location of the house was perfect and the neighborhood is quite. The house sit right on the lake and the atmosphere is great. The house was clean and ready for us. We had three families in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. The use of the hot tub was easy as Kirsha was responsive to the requests.

75th Birthday

We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and its surroundings. It was a disappointment, when we got there, to discover that the upstairs bedroom was a "pass through" room. A couple that was going to stay with us decided to get a hotel room nearby. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was clear and soothing. Sunsets were spectacular!

What a Great Place!

I was put with the task of finding a meeting place for my sister’s 70th birthday and saw this great place. It had all the amenities we needed and so much fun was had - young and old! Great communication with owners. Beautiful home and the pool was fantastic! Thanks so much!

Not ever again!

When we arrived the lawn had not been mowed and there was a note to add water to pool. The refrigerator was dirty and the upstairs (bunkbeds and bedroom) ONLY had one window air conditioner. We rented this place for the yard and pool. On Thursday grandchildren etc are in pool playing (10:30 am) and pool guy shuts down pool for two hours to shock the pool. When you are paying over 3000.00 for 5 nights you expect the pool to be clean and full of water, grass cut, central air, clean appliances, etc. Very disappointing. When I called one of the owners she was extremely condescending about the pool and said, “ I am sure the 2 hours will go by fast.”

Great Pool, but Some Things Were Surprising

We stayed at this property in June of 2023. We travel each summer with extended family. The only requirement is the VRBO must have a pool. Good: •best pool out of any VRBO we have ever stayed at. Very shady with a cool breeze off the lake, even with 100+ temperatures •big kitchen layout for large families with lots of extras •great location to town (but still feels like your are in the country) •bunk room was very functional for a large family to sleep (eg. new bunk beds) and lots of space to just meet and play •lots of updated TVs/electronics •great shaded back porch with a nice dining set Not so good •water; indoor plumbing, it is overwhelming and smells strongly like sulfur/mildew. We had to go and buy water to drink (we drink tap water at home) •3rd upstairs bedroom; is more like a walk through ‘office’ on a landing, without a door. You can’t get to the bunk room/game room without walking through the ‘bedroom’. •3rd bedroom struggled with the AC and even with fans, it was super hot. •some of the beds are still spring mattresses (think: from the 80s/90s) With small changes this property could be great! It really needs a whole house water filter and a few new mattresses.

Great property for the whole family

The property is tucked away and right on the lake! Everything was very nice and great for the kids as we used the hot ton everyday as the pool was a little cold. Property manager was very communicative and we had a wonderful time.

Great location & house for mid-size group

Our group of 7 college friends who have been making a yearly reunion trip for over 20 years stayed a the property 3 nights this past weekend. The house is nice and very well stocked with just about anything you need. There are 2 King bedrooms downstairs, Queen bedroom upstairs and a large game room area with 2 full size bunk beds. The upstairs has a night balcony area overlooking the dock. The kitchen is large and dining tables seated 7 comfortably. The owner was extremely quick to communicate throughout the weekend and responsive to all our needs. The only thing I would suggest for those planning to stay is bring your own soap and shampoo as not all rentals provide those amenities. The pool and hot tub area is very nice and the boat dock is extremely convenient. All in all I would definitely stay here again with a larger group of friends, family or couples.
