Was in a perfect location, had all the amenitites you could want! The host was very accomindating when we arrived early to get checked in early which was very helpful. Would most definetly stay here again. The family all enjoyed it.

We loved our 4 night stay with our recent high school grad son and his 3 friends. We loved the house, the location, and we met the sweetest neighbor that gave us fish food for the canal...which lead to me catching a nice sized fish! Kids loved the a/c converted garage so much! Us "old folks" enjoyed the tranquil canal, the cool a/c and the beds were so comfy! We were sad to leave (and Im typically so ready to leave after max 3 days out of town lol). Eric was very responsive and we would 100% stay again!

Beautiful home and location. Quiet, excellent place to get away for a weekend. Our only complaint is that there was no hot water for two of the three days we were there. We notified the owner the first night of our stay, and rather than just believing us when we told them there was no hot water and sending someone as soon as they could, they asked us to continuously keep checking to see if it was working and seemed to think the problem must be us rather than an issue with their water heater. Eventually, they finally seemed convinced that we weren’t imagining the problem and had a plumber come out. The plumber did find a problem with the water heater, fixed it, and we had hot water finally a couple hours later. Perhaps the problem wouldn’t have been solved any faster even if the owner believed us initially, but it was still surprising to us that their initial response was defensive (telling us they’d never had issues for two years, and that no one else who’d been they recently reported an issue) as opposed to just offering to help solve the problem as promptly as possible. Aside from that interaction, and the fact that we had no hot water at a home we paid nearly $1K to stay at for two nights (the owner didn’t offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience of no hot water), the place was very nice. I imagine the hot water won’t be an issue for folks now that the plumber fixed the issue, but if any issues do arise the owners seem reluctant rather than willing to help.

Family getaway celebration

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at Rockstar waterfront at Lake Granbury. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, shopping dowtown and had several food options within the area. It was the perfect getaway with having everything close if the need came up. The mid-century modern house was so stylish and spread out for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!

Family weekend getaway

We enjoyed every minute at this wonderful home. Perfect getaway during this hot summertime. Great shops and places to eat close by. Beautiful setting on the lake and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The game room was very popular with our group. Kayaks were a fun surprise! We will be back. Very well kept property and fully furnished kitchen made everything easy. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect Getaway Spot
