“The rooms are actually designed to be cozy and inviting. Normally I cannot wait to go home, but here, I wouldn’t have minded staying! Also the staff were all awesome, even the pleasant cleaning ladies”

“Place needs better cleaning. Trash in the parking lot and lobby after a wedding the day before. Floors not cleaned. And the breakfast is a bag with an apple, granola bar and small water bottle. There was mold in the bathtub. Won’t stay here again.”

“I stayed with my family for our reunion from September 4th to 7th, booking two rooms. The rooms had a smoky odor. The bathtub was rusted wia black stained down the bath mat. There was a black ring around the toilet bowl. There was no staff that serviced the rooms the whole stay. We waited 1.5 hours for towels, I was informed that there were no more availableand they were being washed. The water dispenser in the lobby was filled with black grains. Overall, the experience was terrible and costly....

“The room was more like an apartment with the full refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Very convenient location in Windsor. The staff were very friendly and greeted us everytime we saw them. We njoyed our stay! Thank you! 🙏❤️”
