Per un video tour della nostra casa, si prega di scorrere la catena di 23 foto. Nella 24a area immagini, troverai il video "Rocky Ridge Lodge". Ti dà una prospettiva accurata della nostra casa, dentro e fuori, così come la campagna circostante.
Questa spettacolare e unica casa di tronchi è stata costruita da noi nel 2003. I tronchi di abete rosso 18 'Engleman provengono dal sud dello Utah e sono stati progettati e costruiti appositamente per la nostra casa - veramente un'opera d'arte! Seduti su 17. 5 acri, in cima a una cresta, i panorami sono nientemeno che incredibili, incluso il Continental Divide.
Ogni stanza della casa è stata accuratamente progettata e decorata con mobili di fascia alta e comfort ad ogni angolo. Un tema individuale è stato assegnato a ciascuna delle cinque master suite, tra cui la Luxury Master Suite, la Bear Room, la Moose Room, la Fish Room e la Cowboy Room. Se sei un appassionato di film o giochi, dai un'occhiata alla nostra sala giochi / film con il TV del proiettore e lo schermo cinematografico da 11 piedi con audio surround per un'esperienza cinematografica.

Siamo una casa NON FUMATORI, NO ANIMALI. I figli del proprietario, così come alcuni dei nostri ospiti, hanno gravi reazioni a questi allergeni e, per salvaguardare la loro salute e il loro benessere, questi requisiti non sono negoziabili.

Tutte e quattro le stagioni sono apprezzate e apprezzate in questa casa. È un grande luogo di ritrovo, sia per il relax, il divertimento, la bellezza, la natura o per creare ricordi di una vita. Couldn’t be Better

Sometimes when you look at a property, the pictures are better than the actual property. In this case, the property is better than the pictures. This is an amazing find and was perfect for 12 guys on a golf trip. The house has four master bedrooms, basically all with their own bathrooms. The huge dining room table was perfect. I cannot say enough about how nice this place is. From the unbelievable view to the all around amenities this place has it all.

Granby greatness

This home is stunning. The furnishings are comfortable and so much room. The major bonus for this property is the views. They are spectacular. There isn't a bad view from anywhere in the home. Fully stocked kitchen, perfect.Plenty of play space for kids. Very fun. Take a walk down the drive and you find more amazing views, flowers and wildlife. Highly recommend.

Lovely Mountian Getaway

Our group of friends had a lovely stay at the Mountain Top Lodge. They have really set this place up for groups to be comfortable with comfortably appointed bedrooms, a great kitchen, and fun common areas. This was particularly great for our kids as they had a fun bunk room to share and a play area outside to run around. The view during sunset was breathtaking. Thanks for hosting us!

Fabulous place to stay! We loved it. Feels private and secluded but close enough to some absolutely beautiful scenery like the national park, hiking trails, gorgeous lakes, cute towns. The lodge itself is ridiculously comfortable for a big group- they literally thought of everything!

Peaceful Family Home, Beautiful Views

This was our second year at this home. The kids with us had a great time. As always it was great for my family, friends and our adult kids. Great location for water activities at the lakes, and launching pad for hiking and National Park viewing.

Perfect for family or group stays!

We had a phenomenal stay! The house was well stocked, had plenty of room to spread out, and stunning views. It could use a second fridge and some updated bed pillows, but overall, was very clean and luxurious. The driveway is steep so be prepared. Once up it, the property is quiet and stunning. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting! Overall we were very happy with our stay, but we did have issues finding appropriate bedding for the crib; also found rodent droppings on one of the kid's mattresses while we were visiting RMNP, so we had to wash the sheets -- you may have a hidden guest in there! Ran out of hand soap in powder room on main floor; & the sofa beds may not have been comfortable sleeping options for adult guests. But we loved the playground for the kids -- they were out there every chance they got! Nila was very helpful as well... thank you!!

Rocky Ridge Getaway

Awesome accommodations, beautiful location - our family of 11 adults and 4 kids had plenty of our own space and large gathering spaces as well!! Kids had a blast on play structure while adults enjoyed the horse shoe pit! Fire pit was a nice way to close out the day! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Awesome Cabin

This cabin was awesome! Four families stayed in the cabin, and it had four king bedrooms with attached bathrooms plus plenty of room for the kids. The views are great, and we saw antelope on the property every day. It's located about 25 minutes from the RMNP entrance. It's a 10/10!

Family Cabin Vacation

What can I say..the view from the deck is beautiful! We had 4 families staying here and having 5 bedrooms and a bathroom and washer dryer for each sleeping area was great! Lots of room to spread out, but yet open, so we could enjoy family time together. Fun for all ages. I would recommend renting this home!

Extended family vacation

The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay: games for the kids, fire pit and playground, cooking and meal prep items, games and puzzles, everything! We really appreciated our stay. Beautiful home.

Lovely stay!

The description is a little hard to understand the sleeping spaces and some of the bed space/sleeping areas are really children sized. There are places in the listing that say this but the listing and the description from the host and the youtube video tour don't really clarify or match each other so we were confused on what to expect. Don't think it will sleep up to 20 adults because some of the spaces were very small. There were 14 of us (all adult sized) staying this trip though, and there was space enough for all of us. The lodge had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space to gather and visit. We were there for my niece's wedding so spent very little time in the lodge itself. The drive there is spectacular. The water smelled of sulfur but the owner reassured us the water had been recently tested and was safe for drinking. In addition, they had a double filter at the sink in the kitchen for drinking water. The smell is off-putting but not uncommon in the area. Once you take a shower, the smell did not linger on us so no worries there. The host and the owner were very responsive and the check in, stay and check out went well, without any issues. It was a lovely place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

Magical Cabin

This is our families second time staying here and. We look forward coming back and creating more memories. This beautiful cabin is about 25-30 min from Winter Park where we go skiing and snow tubing. It’s about 25 min away from hot springs. I suggest buying your groceries in Denver is possible because the grocery store prices in Granby are ridiculously high. I would recommend 4x4 vehicle because the driveway is steep and full of snow during the winter and you will need it. We left snow sleds there for the next guests it’s so much fun sledding down the driveway. This place is the best for families! If only it had a hot tub!

Beautiful View

Our party of 12, two families, had a wonderful time at this Grandby home. I wasn't quite ready for the amazing view. Coffee on the deck every morning, a very important part of this annual trip, was perfect. We could hear the elk bugle in the mornings. A campfire one night was great fun. Plenty of room, room in a kitchen with plenty of space to set out meals for all of us. Proximity to the Grand Lake area and hiking trails was perfect, and close enough to home so we were not traveling all day like we have in the past. We had a great time. Everything was comfortable. The only miniscule little thing I would recommend for a house of that size that attracts large groups, is maybe another coffee maker. Thats all. It was all great.

Beautiful view!

We loved watching sunsets from the west facing deck! Fantastic, remote, huge property!!! Large home with lots stuff inside, a couple of dead flies and dust, but great layout and home. Our family of 10 loved our stay, and the owner was easy to reach with questions. We loved our stay watching the sunset and playing games in the evening!

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful log home settled in the moutains near Granby, Colorado. There are so many fun things to do near by. We enjoyed our evenings out on the large deck watching the meteor showers most of the week, and the fire pit. If you are looking for a fun get away this is your place in Colorado! We were there when it was warm so we didn't even get to the large screen theatre room.
