One of the best reasons to have a unit across from Property # 492843 is that if extra family and friends want to be close , we are just across the breezeway. We have easy downhill access to Granby Ranch. There is lots of parking. Nooks to work remotely while the family splashes in the pool. Beautiful views, and space for everyone to spread out.

Rainbow Connection, TOO has been a respite for us, as well. this past year. It has been our pleasure and privilege to provide a safe cozy place for other people to enjoy.

You are absolutely correct. Our condo has been a refuge during Covid-19. The Wi-Fi is now fast enough for anyone working remotely to be able to settle in and work seamlessly with their industry. It is great for a long weekend get away. With the en suite hot tub, social distancing and remaining with your social distance bubble 'mates', is effortless. Our cleaning service is following all State and county guidelines to ensure a safe place when you arrive.

Many items in our retreat are from our grandparents, parents, and kids. I have made quilts on Dennis' grandmother's treadle sewing machine. Toys, puzzles, and books from our childhood and our children's childhood are available for playing with and reading. The hand braided rugs are from my parent's cabin in New Mexico. There are NEW no cord miniblinds in the master bedroom. The unfiltered UV and intense sunlight at high altitude does a number on blinds, windows, and almost anything exposed. Anderson Windows no longer makes the mechanism to open and close our windows. We have removed handles on the windows that are hard to open and close. Windows accessible from the outside close easily with a push. Our summers are so short and relatively cool. We don't have a great need for lots of open windows. We get great cross ventilation from the north windows and the kitchen window.

An important part of our retreat: Coffee! After you have been on the road and hauled everything inside, the last thing anyone wants to do is go grocery shopping. We try to have enough staples to get you through the night.

You have our condo pegged! It is truly easy to get to the Ski Granby Ranch slopes. We purchased the condo for all the reasons you gave. It is peaceful. We have rugs braided by my kid's grandparents. The bench under the coat rack is from Pennsylvania and was handcrafted. Many of the things in our condo came from my folks cabin in the New Mexico mountains. John, Thanks for your kind words. You have summed up Mountainside 114 in a couple of lines. Well, the great views for sure. We use the condo when there aren't guests. Making a list, packing the car, hauling stuff in is not high on my list of favorite things to do. We try to make sure that we can drop in and not make an immediate run to the store for basics. We want our guests to come and just have fun.

Thanks. Mountainside at Silvercreek is a late 20th century condo complex. It was constructed with open space design and en suite hot tubs. Lots of windows brings the outdoors in. It was built with easy slope access intended. It was a perfect second home for our family that easily segued into a great place for VRBO guests.

Dennis and I were so happy to read how much your family enjoyed our retreat. We have had wonderful times with our extended family at Rainbow Connection,Too as well. Now that our children are adults it is heartwarming to hear multigenerational families are making lovely memories where our kids had so much fun. Come again!

Does it count that Ski Granby Ranch now have 20 of their 40 trails open by the end of January? Winter Park does have a lot of different areas on it's mountain to ski. I tend to be like your folks and just relax when I get to the condo. I catch up on reading, napping, and sitting in the hot tub. Thank you for your wonderful review. February or March usually have better skiing. March is Colorado's snowiest month.

It is close to the lift, lodge, and wedding events, but an amazing place to go to for a break or to freshen up between events. Children who come to the wedding like the heated outdoor pool and the en suite hot tub.

Dave, You said it all. We purchased this condo when our children were younger for the express reason it was a ski in & ski out. Homemade hot lunch and clean bathrooms were also figured in. Because we use the condo almost weekly we try to keep a bit of everything there. I use spices, kitchen gadgets, condiments, sugar, oil, cleaning supplies and food for our bird visitors. It saves on trips to City Market down by the highway. Cheryn
