Hotel vicino a Grand Bay - Tallahassee

“The hotel was nice. We booked there twice. First time stay was great. The second stay we ran into an issue. Our door would not lock. The only way to lock it was to use the lock latch at the top of the door. So someone always had to stay in the room. We only needed the room for one night. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had to stay multiple nights. We contacted front desk, and showed her. She couldn’t fix it. And didn’t move us to another room.”

“Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote...

“We keep coming back because they have truck parking.”

“Wi-Fi did not work. There were literal boogers on the bathroom counter. One of the beds had dirt in it. Breakfast was pretty dried out from sitting. The blackout curtain had a hole in it so light shined in. I didn’t see any women on the property, either as employees or guests. So as a solo female traveler, just a heads up. The parking lot was well lit.”

“Room was dirty. Sheets and bedding were wet and stained. The room smelled of mold. The water smelled like eggs. Horrible stay will not recommend”
