“We were late and the office was closed. We called the number on the note posted on the door and someone answered right away. The key was in a lockbox and was easy to get. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The website says it is a hotel but it was a motel. We stayed two nights.”

“A beautiful Inn with lovely antiques and gorgeous woodwork. Room was very spacious, clean, with a bright updated bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and at night it was very quiet, even with being right on Main Street. The guest kitchen on the second floor was such a convenience! Shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. Check-in and checkout were contactless, but they added nice personal touches that let you know they were nearby. We would definitely recommend.”

“The property was a a very old house in a poorer area. The bed was only a double. The worst was the fact that there was no heat. There was mold in the bathroom.”

“We have stayed in the Casion Hotel on a few occassions and have always found it to be close to everything Moncton has to offer.”

“We reserved a king bed and they gave us 2 queens. When we got into the room the window was open, the screen/frame was broken and the hand crank didnt work to close the window. Had to pull it shut by hand and latch it. We checked in around 1030pm and when went to shower noticed that the tub didnt have a curtain or a plug. The drain was full of hair. When opened the fridge to put stuff in, there was dirty dish in the fridge. The next day they brought a curtain so that we could...

“The hotel is quite old. Probably one of the original hotels in Moncton. Despite it being quite old, the rooms are updated with modern furnishings. Although the rooms are updated, the A/C's are still original to the building and don't work well and will likely have problems with them.”

“Room and hotel were clean, the staff offered an excellent service, all ameneties worked well and were easily accessible. The pool was well maintened (sad that they removed the spa). The only downside was the breakfast (was a bit cold, not as fresh as we hoped). Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel. Would highly recommand.”
