“Nine of us had a great stay for a long weekend. The house has an ideal layout with lots of inside and outside space for hanging out. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy and having three full baths was super convenient. Brian, our host, was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Five stars plus. This is a clean, comfortable, and modern house located on Mallet Bay. It is an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Burlington. There is direct access to a small beach, and the owner supplied all the beach accessories. The waters of the bay ripple to the beach and are not very deep along the shore line. This was perfect for our young grandchildren. The room sizes are large, and the beds are comfortable. The 5 year old enjoyed sleeping on the bunk bed above his parents’ bed....

“Beds are so tight you could not walk around especially the master. Window in Master re -seated after in blew in during the wind. Couch was filthy after lifting up the cushions. Definitely not a premium property. ”

Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back!”

“This is my second visit to the Allen Street house. The location is ideal for visiting my kids who live in the old north end. I also travel with my two dogs and the enclosed yard and driveway are a game changer!! We had a burst pipe and Stephanie and the maintenance crew were right on it! My only complaint is I do like to cook and the pots and kitchen accessories are limited. ”

“This property was incredibly clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I was also surprised by how comfortable the reclining couch is. The kitchen is large with lots of storage. The host was quick to respond to questions. This property is a split home with the kitchen, family room, 1 full bath and all 3 beds upstairs and downstairs has a couch, full bathroom, desk and arcade game with plenty of games loaded on it.
