Lakefront Affitto vacanze in città

La struttura si trova nel cuore del Grand Lake. La parte anteriore della proprietà si affaccia sulla città, mentre la parte posteriore fa da spalla a Grand Lake. Una delle poche proprietà a Grand Lake che gode del meglio di entrambi. A soli 5 minuti dall'ingresso del Rocky Mountain National Park.

La proprietà è stata acquistata nel 2017 e completamente rinnovata. Si tratta di 2 camere da letto 2 bagni e 1080 sqf. Il master ha un letto matrimoniale mentre l'ospite ha due letti matrimoniali. Il divano nel soggiorno è completamente estraibile. Il posto può ospitare comodamente 6. La struttura è inoltre dotata di WIFI e TV via cavo. Ha una cucina completamente funzionale con tutti i piatti e gli utensili per coloro che preferiscono cucinare. C'è un camino a gas situato nel soggiorno. L'unità dispone anche di una sauna. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano nell'unità Alcuni tipi di pacchetti possono essere fatti all'arrivo e su richiesta.

I laghi sono molto puliti e la pesca e la nautica sono fantastiche. C'è una spiaggia pubblica di sabbia per nuotare e anche un molo pubblico che può essere utilizzato durante il giorno. Paddle boarding, pallavolo, kayak, canottaggio, shopping ed escursioni si trovano tutti a 1 minuto dalla struttura. Se vi piace l'inverno, la pesca sul ghiaccio e il motoslitta si trovano a 1 minuto dalla struttura. 45 minuti di auto vi portano al Winter Park Ski Resort.

The location and views of the lake are excellent. The fit and finish of the bedrooms and bathrooms was poor. The overall impression was that the bedrooms and bathrooms were not as clean as they could be. The master bath was contacted to a storage room that was gross. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the condo

This condo is ideally located on Grand Lake and next to Rocky Mountain National Park.We enjoyed the beautiful view, the peace, the solitude, a visit to RMNP, and the quiet yet vibrant town of Grand Lake, including a fine performance by the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater (2 blocks from the condo). The condo was wonderful - everything as advertised. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing view of the lake! Nicely appointed condo with everything you need. Walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. We were there primarily to hike and fish, it didn’t disappoint! You will love this place and the owner was very responsive. If you get a chance check out the Repertory Theatre, it was great.

This property has it all! Fantastic views and ideal location. We were able to walk everywhere in 5 minutes. It was delightful to have coffee on the deck with panoramic views of the lake. Quiet and perfect!

We absolutely loved the property, the views were spectacular and the location is the best. Recommendations are to bring a blow dryer, property doesn’t have one. Definitely cute, clean, safe, and comfy. Would 100% return.

Perfect location and a lovely little condo. TV wasn't working while we were there, but who needs a TV in a beautiful spot like this. Close to town but still peacefull & quiet.The kids loved the cuddle buddie blankets and we all loved the view and hummingbirds on the deck. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the deck was incredible! Other then exploring RMNP, our mornings and evenings on the deck were our favorite. Grand Lake is such a cute town! Hope to visit again one day!

We spent our honeymoon here. Love the place with a view! TV didn’t work but it worked out because we spent the time talking about our dreams for the future. Everything was well stocked. We had a fantastic time. Hope to come back soon!

Couldn’t have had a better stay. Beautiful place right on the water. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the birds soar over the lake. The views from the dinner table were perfect as well. We even got to see a rainbow one evening. Shane was a responsive host. We’d certainly choose to stay here again!

Great amenities and a more beautiful view than expected!! Some things to note, there was a missing coffee maker so recommend bringing a French press if you have it. Additionally, if you’re cooking for a crowd, the fire alarm is sensitive and the exhaust fan isn’t that effective so if you’re cooking a lot at once just be mindful of heat/exhaust. That aside, if we do go back would 10/10 book this place again :) A wonderful time in an even more wonderfully maintained Vrbo.

This condo was right on the water and one block from town. Walk to EVERYTHING! 5 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain! We could not have asked for more and will absolutely be back! Easy check in and out! THANK YOU!!!

We loved the great location close to downtown and on the waterfront. So easy to walk the waterfront and downtown for shopping, restaurants and ice cream! The remodeling and upgrades made for a enjoyable stay. Shane was quick to respond to a message and very helpful. We would definitely return!

It was great, great location nice views awesome weather could not have been better. The only negative was when the neighbors got there and where upstairs above us. Real noisy had kids running and jumping on the floor. Outside of that it was great. Although we dont have anything to compare this stay to. First vacation in 30 years..

My family stayed here for a September wedding in Granby. The view from inside the condo and on the balcony was just beautiful. We felt the condo was well equipped. We were able to make some frozen foods one night. Plenty of room for our whole family to eat. Being able to do laundry is a big perk for our family. Even my mother in law was impressed with how modern and pretty the inside of the condo was. Very close to entering RMNP. We saw a huge black bear just below the balcony so be aware after dark! We would definitely return next time we are in Grand Lake. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We found this property last minute while on a road trip through Colorado. Booking was extremely easy as well as the check in process. The amazing view of the lake and the location right in town were the highlights of our stay! The space is bright, clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy. Really had everything you need for a nice getaway on the lake or to RMNP.
