Wonderful Home

What an incredible house. There are plenty of beds and spaces to lounge. The views cannot be beaten, the water and the porches are incredible. It’s also a 5 min walk to the downtown area of Grand Lake. We hope to return.

Perfect location

The house was perfect for our family with plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils…. Plus 2 refrigerators! The decks are fantastic. There are 2 sets of stairs to the dock but easy to maneuver. We used our SUP boards from the dock. We put in our kayaks at the community beach and paddled over. Plenty of chairs, games and table space. The history of the Davis Cabin is worth the visit!

Grand Lake Vacation

We have visited this home before and enjoy its location, history and eclectic decor. However, we found no kitchen towels and were provided with bath towels. We asked to come in early but most of the cleaning crew arrived at 3:40 p.m. and left at 4:20 p.m. We had hoped to perhaps get into the property a little earlier. The barbeque was not working and could be a fire issue. A firefighter is part of our family and we discontinued use of the grill and reported it to the management company. We suggest more eating steaks knives as only two were found. Again, we always enjoy this cabin and hope you take our suggestions as helpful. Thank you so much.

Perfect Cabin & Fantastic Lake Views!

We love this huge cabin! Great eclectic & rustic decor makes it so interesting. You can’t beat the location just a block from town on foot and a huge deck perfect lake access! Great for multi-generation family gatherings! We love it!

Rustic cabin

We loved the uniqueness of this place. The deck overlooking the lake is spectacular. Our young adults loved the bunk bed room. It was like summer camp. We would love to stay again.

Really cool house

Really cool cabin with a lot of character, it was fine for 12 guys in their 30s having a bachelor trip. There is only one shower the upstairs bathroom has only a tub. Lots of small beds and bunks to accommodate plenty of people. Overall it was great!

Great spot!

This is a rustic cabin but everything worked great and it accommodated our large group. The location and views were unbeatable! The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook for and feed a large crew.

Great memories made!!!

Home was so comfortable and homey and clean. There was space for all 12 of us, to sleep, relax, play games, make memories. Town was a block away! Went to Sage Brush Barbecue and it was delicious, fast and they were so friendly. Property managers were friendly and prompt with requests. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights. Only were given 4-5 rolls of toilet paper, after that you are on your own 😬. Also, I would recommend bringing own dish sponges etc. They do not have non stick anything. Worked out my arm muscles! Lol. Otherwise, great time and great place. We felt very blessed be able to stay there and hope to again!

Weekend getaway

Really enjoyed the stay. House is located very close to marina to rent boats and basically right downtown. The deck was awesome and the house was very eclectic. My only complaint would be the kitchen was pretty small.

End of Summer Stay

We are the kind of family that enjoys each other’s company and makes the best of every event. The home had plenty of character! A well equipped kitchen and with the lake front location a new dock and a few minutes walk to town. Everyone had a famous time. We will definitely rent from grand lake mountain rentals again.
