“The room was very clean the staff was excellent especially the Spanish lady on second shift I was unable to locate the hotel I had to call her three times and without attitude or any sense of anger she talked me right in to the hotel with no issues we were there for basketball tournament so we had early games so we ddnt get a chance to have breakfast…parking was ok but as to be expected with so many different teams and other regular travelers but overall it was a pleasant experience ”

“Pay to park is a joke !! $4.15 a day to park,sad that they nickel & dime guests… Staff was excellent and friendly,breakfast was very good ! I’m an early riser and went to lobby for coffee,was warm @ best and sat all night,could do better and have fresh coffee made for early morning people.Over all I’d stay again but that “pay to park” when there is plenty of parking is a joke …”

“I will start by saying the front desk person from my check-in day was quite nice and helpful. I wanted to change my check-out date but could not because I had booked through Expedia. However, they allowed me to check-in early as a way to help balance my loss of money for the last night. Additionally, I will say there was a sign qualifying the Wingate had recently been purchased and was under going a remodel. I wish I had been made aware prior to booking. “Poor lighting, poor hot water, horrible Wi-Fi. Refrigerator froze everything and a microwave and phone was unable to to be used due to now power cords and outlets.”
