Il personale è comunque molto gentile e fa il possibile per soddisfare il cliente. Da migliorare il servizio in camera di cui ci siamo lamentati varie volte. Bellissima la sauna e lo steam room. “Staff super nice and helpful, location is ideal in Miri, bed is comfortable. That said, the hotel shows his age and would need refurbishing urgently, especially the bathrooms. I was assigned a room that I did not like at first, but thankfully they were kind enough to give me a better looking one and it turned out to be quiet and comfortable. ”

“The hotel is situated outside the city centre. It has a nice golf course, a golf pro shop and good conference and dining facilities. Free internet is not available. Good for golfers and retreat.”
