“The first impact with the hotel is positive, but then when you stay you notice all the shortcomings, I booked a river view room, but when you are there you don't see the river as it is behind the vegetation but, with this description they charge more, The correct description is "riverside" and they should not charge more for this type of room. There is no point and the view is the same as per the other rooms. Staff doesn't provide a 5 stars service. When you ask something they say "yes, yes"...

“Camere molto spaziose, colazione varia ma manca la marmellata ed i porta uova. La marmellata che usano è sintetica, con colori visibilmente eccessivi. “Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. “Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. The on-site breakfast was convenient for one of our busier days but otherwise not great value (quality v cost v available street options). Had a great chat with a gentleman in the elevator...

“Buona colazione anche se prevalentemente asiatica, ma con frutta, pane, brioche varie chi preferisce il dolce se la cava.con l ‘aggiunta di pancakes o roti canai sarebbe perfetta. Ottima pulizia (davvero!!) e posizione.”
